The HomeHeatHelp.org.uk website has been set up by the Energy Retail Association (ERA) which represents Britain's major domestic electricity and gas suppliers.
The six major energy suppliers in Britain are committed to providing support for their vulnerable customers and helping the government achieve its target of eliminating fuel poverty among the most vulnerable households by 2010. Each energy company offers practical advice for vulnerable people who are concerned about paying their energy bills.
